• Delivereies above 30 kilo meters thay take time 4-7 business day 

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or traffic.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[15000].

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS/WhatsApp/Email with the contact details of our delivery partner or a tracking link (if applicable).

6. Damages & Issues

KD Dhara Palace is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support immediately with photos of the packaging and the product.
